Challenge
Mercedes-Benz Austria's employee magazine "Sternzeit" lacked the visual impact and engagement to reflect the brand's premium positioning. Working in close cooperation with ikp and Miam Miam, the goal was to create a quarterly publication that employees would genuinely anticipate and value.
Solution
The comprehensive redesign is built around a distinctive Pantone color system—each of the four annual editions features its own hero color, creating visual distinction and collectability. Clean typography, generous whitespace, and dynamic angled elements balance contemporary editorial design with Mercedes-Benz's sophisticated brand identity, elevating internal communication to match the brand's external standards.
